Scheme Amendment No.129 – Lot 22, HN20, Pearl Parade Scarborough - Additional Use of Consulting Room
The Scheme Amendment does not propose changing the zoning of the land, which is currently Residential R60 but seeks to add ‘Consulting Room, Office, Personal Care Services and Shop’ to the land uses permitted on the site for the commercial tenancy (Lot 22) only.
Currently this tenancy can be operated as a shop permitted the operator of the business lives in the complex. This Amendment aims to remove this requirement and expand the uses that could be considered on the site through the development application process.
Following the closure of advertising a report will subsequently be presented to the Planning and Development Committee for consideration. Visit the minutes and agendas to view the consideration.
