The City is seeking public comment from potentially impacted property owners and occupiers of the development proposal for change of use – ‘Short Stay Accommodation’ at the above address and to invite comment on the application.

Proposal Details:

  • The applicant proposes a maximum of five (5) guests accommodated in three (3) existing bedrooms at any one time.
  • Two (2) allocated parking bays will be available within the subject lot in the single carport and driveway.
  • A Management Plan has been prepared to establish the guest screening and bookings process, house rules/guest conduct, property management, and complaint handling.
  • A Code of Conduct for all guests has been prepared and will be provided to all people when booking and displayed in prominently at the accommodation.
