24 Walters Drive, Osborne Park – Change of Use - Use Not Listed (Creche) to Childcare Premises and I

The City is seeking public comment on this Development Application as it proposes variations to a Change of Use from Creche (Use Not Listed) to Child Care Premises.

The application is summarised as follows:

• A change of use from ‘Creche' - Use Not Listed to ‘Child Care Premises' with internal and external refurbishment of the existing building and the addition of three external play spaces on the ground and first floors.
• The Child Care Premises is proposed to operate from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
• The Child Care Premises is proposed to accommodate a maximum of 104 children and 35 staff at any one time.
• A total of 19 car bays and 31 bike bays will be provided on-site.
