The City is seeking public comment on this Development Application as it proposes variations to Local Planning Policy 2.6 - Residential Building Height and Residential Design Codes. 

The City is seeking public comment with regards to the following variations only: 

Local Planning Policy 2.6 - Residential Building Heights

  • Pitched roof wall height 6.1m in lieu 6m from average natural ground level
  • Please note average natural ground level has been calculated at 14.3.

Residential Design Codes Clause 5.3.7 and 5.3.8 - Site works and Retaining walls

  • Retaining of 0.911m, 0.78m and 1.386m in lieu 0.5m within 1m of the northern lot boundary
  • Retaining of 1.021m in lieu 0.5m within 1m of the eastern lot boundary
  • Retaining of 1.04m and 0.68m in lieu 0.5m within 1m of the southern lot boundary.
