The City is seeking public comment on this Development Application as it proposes variations to the side setback with a balcony addition.

The City is seeking public comment with regards to the following variations only:

Residential Design Codes - 5.1.3 – Lot boundary setback

  • Southern Lot Boundary – Balcony additions with proposed minimum side setback of 0.966m instead of 2.7m.
