The City is seeking public comment on this Development Application as it proposes variations to the Residential Design Codes.

The City is seeking public comment with regards to the following variations only:

Residential Design Codes - 5.1.3 – Lot boundary setback

  • Lot 2 - Bed 3 to Alfresco – 1.025m in lieu of 1.5m setback north east lot boundary
  • Lot 2 - Bed 2 – 1.025m in lieu of 1.5m setback north east lot boundary;
  • Lot 1 – Alfresco to Bed 3 – 1.03m in lieu of 1.5m to the south west lot boundary.
  • Proposed two built on boundaries in lieu of one

Alternatively, copies are available for viewing during business hours (8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday) at the City of Stirling Main Administration Building located at 25 Cedric Street, Stirling.
