The City is seeking public comment on this Development Application as it proposes variations to the residential Design Codes (R-Codes) and Local Planning Policy No. 3.17 - Stirling on Princeton Design Guidelines (LPP3.17).
The City is seeking public comment with regards to the following variations only:
- The proposed the wall of the Guest Bedroom be setback 1 metre from the north lot boundary instead of 1.1 metres as required by Clause 5.1.3 - Lot Boundary Setback of the R-Codes
- The proposed the wall of the garage be setback 1 metre from the south lot boundary instead of 1.1 metres as required by Clause 5.1.3 - Lot Boundary Setback of the R-Codes
- The proposed wall of the alfresco to be built on the north lot boundary has a maximum height of 3.2 metres instead of 2.7 metres as required by LPP3.17.
