The City is seeking public comment on this Development Application as it proposes variations to State Planning Policy 7.3 Residential Design Codes (R-Codes).

The City is seeking public comment with regards to the following variations only:

  • R-Codes Clause 5.1.3 Lot boundary setback:

  • Wall (alfresco - bed 3) proposed setback of 1m in lieu of 1.5m to the east lot boundary
  • Boundary wall (bath - bed 2) average height of 3.3m in lieu of 3m on the east lot boundary
  • Boundary wall (store/garage) average height of 3.05m in lieu of 3m on the south lot boundary.
