The City is seeking public comment on this Development Application as it proposes variations to the residential design codes.

The City is seeking public comment with regards to the following variations only:

  • The development is proposing walls built on three lot boundaries instead of one lot boundary as permitted by Clause 5.1.3 – Lot Boundary Setbacks of the Residential Design Codes, and
  • The average height of the boundary wall proposed on the north west lot boundary is 3.2 metres instead of 3 metres as permitted by Clause 5.1.3 – Lot Boundary Setbacks of the Residential Design Codes.
