The City is seeking public comment on this Development Application as it proposes variations to State Planning Policy 7.3 Residential Design Codes Volume 1 and Local Planning Policy 2.6 Residential Building Heights.

The City is seeking public comment with regards to the following variations only:

  • Unit 2 – Maximum wall height to a pitched roof building of 6.4 metres instead of 6 metres;
  • Unit 3 – Maximum wall height to a pitched roof building of 6.3 metres instead of 6 metres; and
  • Unit 2 - Retaining to support fill on the southern boundary to a maximum height of 0.82 metres instead of 0.5 metres.
