136 Main Street, Osborne Park - Commercial - Unit 8 - Change of Use

The City of Stirling has received an application proposing a Change of Use - ‘Office’ to ‘Medical Centre’.

Under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.3 (LPS3) the ‘Medical Centre’ use is listed as an ‘A’ use in the Business zone. ‘A’ uses are required to be advertised in accordance with Clause 9.4 of LPS3.

Details of the proposal are as follows:

  • The proposed change of use is for Tenancy 8.
  • Proposed hours of operation are:
    • Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
    • Saturday - 9am to 12pm.
  • There are 11 existing on site car parking bays.
