The City is seeking public comment on this Development Application as it proposes variations to the City’s Local Planning Policy 2.6 Residential Building Heights.
The City is seeking public comment with regards to the following variations only:
- Unit B proposes a maximum pitched roof wall height of 6.1m instead of 6m; and
- Unit C proposes a maximum pitched roof wall height of 6.3m instead of 6m.
