The City is seeking public comment on this Development Application as it proposes variations to Stirling City Centre Innaloo Local Development Plan.

The City is seeking public comment with regards to the following variations only:

Clause 2.1.3.1 Wall Height

  • The proposal details a skillion roof form, with a wall height of 9.25m for the low side and 10.59m (3 storeys) for the high side as measured above average natural ground level (ANGL).  A wall height of 9m (3 storeys) is permitted
  • The rear upper floor is not contained within the rear 33 degree building envelope (as per figure 13B of the Innaloo Local Development Plan).

The following setback variations are proposed:

  • East - First Floor Unit 3 Bath to Ensuite setback 2.412m in lieu of 3m required
  • East - First Floor Unit 2 Kitchen to Bathroom setback 2.412m in lieu of 3m required
  • East - First Floor Unit 3 Balcony setback 3.2m in lieu of 4m required
  • East - Upper Floor Unit 7 Bath to Ensuite setback 2.412m in lieu of 3m required
  • East - Upper Floor Unit 6 Kitchen to Bathroom setback 2.412m in lieu of 3m required
  • East - Upper Floor Unit 7 Balcony setback 3.2m in lieu of 4m required
  • West - Ground Floor Bin Store setback 1.2m in lieu of 3m required
  • West - First Floor Unit 5 Bathroom to Study Nook setback 2.4m in lieu of 3m required
  • West - First Floor Unit 4 Bath to Kitchen setback 2.4m in lieu of 3m required
  • West - First Floor Unit 4 Balcony setback 3m in lieu of 4m required
  • West - Upper Floor Unit 9 Bath to Study Nook setback 2.4m in lieu of 3m required
  • West - Upper Floor Unit 8 Bath - Kitchen setback 2.4m in lieu of 3m required
  • West - Upper Floor Unit 8 Balcony setback 3m in lieu of 4m required.
