The City is seeking public comment on this Development Application as it proposes the following variations to State Planning Policy 7.3 Residential Design Codes Volume 1:
5.3.8 Setback of retaining wall
- 0.9m high retaining wall built on the east lot boundary in lieu of 0.5m
- 1.3m high retaining wall built on the west lot boundary in lieu of 0.5m.
