The City is seeking public comment on this Development Application as it proposes the following variations to the Residential Design Codes:

5.1.3 Lot Boundary setbacks (East)

  • Proposed average boundary wall height of up to 3.27m in lieu of 3m average wall height permitted
  • Proposed boundary wall to two boundaries in lieu of one permitted
  • Proposed total boundary wall length of 17.15m in lieu of 16.77m length permitted.
