5.1.3 Lot Boundary setbacks (East)
- Proposed average boundary wall height of up to 3.27m in lieu of 3m average wall height permitted
- Proposed boundary wall to two boundaries in lieu of one permitted
- Proposed total boundary wall length of 17.15m in lieu of 16.77m length permitted.
