The City is seeking public comment on this Development Application as it proposes the following variations to Southern Precinct Local Development Plan.

Southern Local Development Plan - General provisions

2.1.4.2 Side and rear setbacks

  • Major Openings are to be setback 4m from lot boundaries
    • Unit 1 master setback 3m in lieu 4m
    • Unit 3 and 4 study setback 3m lieu 4m
    • Unit 5 master setback 3m lieu 4m
    • Unit 7 and 8 study setback 3m lieu 4m
    • Unit 9 master setback 3m lieu 4m.
