The City is in receipt of amended development plans and additional information for the above Development Application. The application proposes a ‘Small Bar’ Development. Under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.3 (LPS3) the ‘Small Bar’ use is listed as an ‘A’ use in the Local Centre zone. ‘A’ uses are required to be advertised in accordance with Clause 9.4 of LPS3. Closing date: 12 May 2022 Follow project

Details of the proposal are as follows:

  • A two-storey building
  • Proposed hours of operation are:
    • Sunday to Thursday - 11:00am to 9:00pm
    • Friday and Saturday - 11:00am to 10:00pm.
  • Proposes a maximum of 120 patrons
  • Proposes a maximum number of five (5) staff on site
  • Proposes nil car parking bays on-site.

The amended development plans provide further details regarding car parking availability.
