The proposed development is summarised as follows:
- A Four Storey Development comprising 12 Multiple Dwellings with five one-bedroom dwellings, five two-bedroom dwellings and two three-bedroom dwellings.
- A total of 14 car parking bays at ground level with 12 residential and two visitor car parking bays to be constructed within the verge; and
- A communal open space area located on Level 3 of the development with other landscaped areas provided on the ground level.
Please be advised the City is not the decision maker for this application and the application will instead be determined by the Metro Inner Development Assessment Panel (DAP) due to the value of works. The City’s role is to provide a recommendation to the DAP through a Responsible Authority Report. As part of preparing the City’s Responsible Authority Report to the DAP the City are seeking your comments on the proposal. Your comments will be included within the Responsible Authority Report to ensure that the community’s views have the opportunity to form part of the DAP’s consideration of the proposal.
