Des Penman Reserve clubrooms upgrade

The City is undertaking refurbishment works to the Des Penman Reserve clubrooms between August to November 2024. This is to facilitate the occupancy of the Organisation of African Communities Western Australia within the facility. Refurbishment works will be undertaken within the main hall and adjacent building. These works include toilet, kitchen, and services upgrades.

Important information:

• Worksite areas will be fenced off, with materials stored on site
• The car park will be utilised for site deliveries and contractor parking
• No public access permitted within the site during construction.
