9 Leeway Court - Stirling State Emergency Service (SES) refurbishment works

The City is undertaking refurbishment works at 9 Leeway Court, Osborne Park to enable the occupancy of the Stirling State Emergency Service (SES) within this facility from September to December 2024. These works include general office refurbishments, kitchen, and services upgrades.

Important information:

• Worksite areas will be fenced off, with materials stored on site
• No public access permitted within the site during construction
• The car park will be utilised for site deliveries and contractor parking
• No unauthorised parking within this car park.
