Karrinyup West Residential update

Elected Members will consider the City’s Responsible Authority Report (RAR) for the Karrinyup West Residential development application at the Ordinary Council Meeting on Tuesday 11 May 2021.

The details of the meeting are as follows:

• Ordinary Meeting of Council - Tuesday 11 May 2021 (7.00pm)
  Council Chambers 25 Cedric Street, Stirling.

Members of the public may enter the meeting at 6.45pm – please register on arrival.

The agenda of the meeting, including the City’s Responsible Authority Report (RAR) and officer recommendation, will be released by close of business on Friday 7 May 2021 via the City’s website (Council Minutes and Agendas).

The meeting is open to the public to attend and listen to discussion. If you wish to ask a question/s at the Council meeting, please use the online Public Question Time submission form. Please read the Public Question Time submission form carefully and familiarise yourself with the requirements for Public Question Time.

Once Council has considered the City’s RAR, Council’s recommendation and the City’s RAR will be submitted to the Metro Inner-North Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) for their consideration and determination as the decision-maker.

The City will provide further details about the Metro Inner-North JDAP meeting once all relevant information has been confirmed.

Members of the public who wish to make a deputation at the relevant Metro Inner-North JDAP meeting will be able to submit a deputation request to the Metro Inner-North JDAP for its consideration and approval.

The City will provide an update of the outcome after the Council Meeting.
