Beaufort 40km/h speed reduction - Project update

The proposal for Council to consider a variable speed limit for a section of Beaufort Street, Inglewood for a trial period of two years, will be discussed at the Community and Resources Committee meeting to be held this Tuesday evening 4 February 2020. 

The details of the meeting are as follows:

  • Community and Resources Committee - Tuesday 4 February 2020
  • Parmelia Room, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling
  • The meeting commences at 6.00pm.

Entrance for members of the public is at 5.45pm - registration on arrival.

The agenda of the meeting, including the details of the Consultation, will be released by the close of business on Friday 31 January 2020, and can be found here.

The meeting is open to the public to attend and listen to the discussion of the meeting.  If you wish to make a deputation at this meeting, please complete a deputation form and submit to a governance officer prior to the commencement of the meeting.  Please read the form carefully and familiarise yourself with the requirements of a deputation which can be found here.

Following consideration at the Community and Resources Committee it will go to a full Council meeting on 11 February 2020 at 7pm for a final decision.
