Council considers report on Carrington Street Black Spot

Council considered a report on this matter at its meeting of 10 September 2019, and resolved to endorse the construction of raised intersection platforms at the two Carrington Street intersections with First Avenue and Second Avenue. 

Detailed design will proceed during the 2019/2020 financial year, and the two projects will be listed for consideration of approval on the Draft 2020/2021 Annual Budget.
