Lake Gwelup Sporting and Public Toilet Facility - Upgrade Works

16 May 2019

Due to upgrade works, the public toilets in the rotunda building at Lake Gwelup Reserve will be unavailable from Friday 24 May until late August 2019.

The upcoming works will include renovations to male and female toilets, addition of a new universally accessible toilet, upgrades to the sports club kiosk and creating extra storage for local sports clubs.

While the public toilets will not be in use during this time, two portable toilets will be made available for people visiting the reserve.

The City will be monitoring these temporary portable toilets as much as possible while in use. If the public sees any anti-social behaviour in the area, it’s suggested they contact the City’s Security Patrol Service on 1300 365 356. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year-round.

The City apologises for any inconvenience that the temporary closure of the rotunda may cause, but the revamped facilities available from late August are set to greatly benefit the community.

For more information about the project, please contact the City of Stirling on (08) 9205 8555.
