Tony is an active member of the community and has lived in the City of Stirling with his family for many years.

He has completed a Bachelor of Business Degree, majoring in Accounting and Computing, and is determined to make sure that the Council listens to the community and invests ratepayers’ money wisely.

He has been helping individuals and community organisations solve problems and achieve positive outcomes for many years. He believes understanding and supporting local organisations is vital in building stronger, vibrant and more connected communities.

Having worked for the Australian Taxation Office prior to being elected as the State Member for Carine from September 2008 to March 2021, he understands the complex relationships between all levels of government and how to get the best outcomes for the community.

Tony has always advocated for stronger community input in decision making, encouraging people to take an active interest in what’s going on in their neighbourhood. He is approachable and always readily available to assist people as the need arises.
