Who can be nominated for an award?

Many Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples contribute to Australian society through working with and supporting people in their community through their work in music, art, culture, education, environment, sport, employment and politics.  

This contribution often goes unrecognised, so If you think someone in your community deserves to be recognised for their efforts, then complete this nomination form for the Mirrabooka NAIDOC Awards 2023.

You must ensure the person you are nominating has agreed to be nominated for an award, and agrees to their personal information contained in the nomination form being provided to and used by the Mirrabooka NAIDOC committee.

Entries for the Mirrabooka NAIDOC awards close at 4pm Friday 2 June 2023.
