Venue information
The regional outdoor space includes Lake Gwelup. This seasonal lake located in the northern suburbs is one of the few areas left in Perth that is surrounded by intact bushland.
Lake Gwelup has a viewing platform and boardwalk on the southern side, allowing you to get closer to the wildlife.
The sporting reserve can cater to cricket/football bookings and the passive areas outside of the sports playing areas can be booked for events.
Please specify the reserve or playspace area that you wish to book within the notes of the online booking form.
Other amenities include BBQ's and picnic shelters, public bathrooms, sail-shaded playground, sporting grounds and cricket nets.
Pedestrian path network allows scenic walks around natural areas and wetlands.
Lake Gwelup Regional Open Space is dog friendly.
