Community rate
The community rate applies to groups or individuals who use City spaces without any commercial gain. This includes groups and individuals hosting functions without charging guests an entry fee, as well as social groups using the spaces for recreational purposes.
Commercial rate
The commercial rate applies to bookings that are hiring the facility to make a profit for themselves or organisation.
Function rate
The function rate applies to any booking after 4pm on fridays and saturdays. These bookings will also include a bond subject to a booking officers assessment.
