The community rate applies to groups and individuals who use City spaces without any commercial gain. This includes groups and individuals hosting functions without charging guests an entry fee, as well as social groups using spaces for recreational purposes.
Commercial rate
The commercial rate applies to bookings that are hiring the facility to make a profit for themselves or organisation.
