Aqua classes are a low impact exercise which can increase your heart rate and provide resistance training. Some classes use additional equipment including OKEO resistance equipment and underwater steps. These classes are great for seniors, pregnant women, injury recovery and a safe way to get back into exercise.

Free use of functional strength equipment between 4:00pm and 5:30pm. The Studio will be supervised by a Gym Instructor who will be able to check form and offer general training advice.
|Rolling Circuit||Come in anytime during the class and get started. With new rounds starting every 2 minutes, you don’t need to be on time! The class consists of 10 exercises and you’ll complete 2 rounds of the room to smash a total of 45 minutes of functional strength and cardio.|
