Group fitness classes

Stirling Leisure Centres offer over 150 group fitness classes daily to suit all ages and abilities.

The classes are held over four of the City's leisure centres. You can choose from a great cardiovascular fitness class or you can pick a class that can reduce stress, improve your balance and posture while relaxing your mind and body.
