Group fitness

Stirling Leisure Centres offers a range of group fitness classes suitable for a range of fitness levels and abilities. Please visit your preferred centre for the class days and times.

To meet to social distancing requirements all participants must adhere to the below requirements:

  • Do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to the class
  • Please bring your own towel and water bottle, towels are compulsory, you will not be allowed to enter the class without a towel
  • Please maintain a distance of 1.5m between other patrons at all times
  • Please do not attend the class if you are unwell or have been in close contact with anyone suffering flu like symptoms
  • Please provide your own Yoga mat for wellness classes, yoga mats will not be supplied
  • Boxing Inners are compulsory for boxing classes and are available for purchase at reception
  • Bookings are essential for Hydro Aqua at Stirling Leisure Centre - Leisurepark Balga, classes are limited to 14 participants due to social distancing. Members can book a maximum of 2 classes per week, members can attend for additional classes and participate if spaces are available.           

Please follow the directions of staff at all times and exit the facility promptly after your class.

        • Please wipe down the equipment used with the supplied spray and wipe after use
        • Bookings for group fitness classes are completed online 24 hours prior to the class starting.
