      • For the health and safety of employees and patrons, the following conditions of entry must be adhered to prior to entry:

        • Do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to the class
        • Please bring your own towel and water bottle, towels are compulsory, you will not be allowed to enter the class without a towel
        • Please maintain a distance of 1.5m between other patrons at all times
        • Please do not attend the class if you are unwell or have been in close contact with anyone suffering flu like symptoms
        • Please provide your own Yoga mat for wellness classes, yoga mats will not be supplied
        • Boxing inners are compulsory for boxing classes and are available for purchase at reception
        • Please wipe down the equipment used with the supplied spray and wipe after use
        • Bookings for group fitness classes are completed online 24 hours prior to the class starting.   

        Please follow the directions of staff at all times and exit the facility promptly after your class. Staff retain the right to refuse entry for anyone who does not comply with the above conditions of entry. 

      Yoga

      Stirling seniors group fitness classes

      Low impact, supportive, results based seniors group fitness classes are available at Stirling Leisure Centres - Terry Tyzack Aquatic Centre, Leisurepark Balga and Scarborough Leisure Centre. 

      Each centre offers a low impact class focusing on fitness and strength. All classes are included in our great value memberships.
