You will be treated to - breath, mind, body relaxation - 45min sound meditation - mindfulness practice and wellbeing affirmations Emerging with a sense of peaceful wellbeing, you will feel relaxed and ready to move forward in a balanced and positive way.
BYO yoga mat, pillows, blanket and anything you need to keep warm and comfortable.
This meditation is best experienced laying down. Chairs will be available for people who would prefer to be seated.
