Verge bond refund form

Use this form when requesting a verge bond/street tree bond refund. If you have multiple bonds for the same property you only need to submit the form once. If you have both a verge bond and a street tree bond you will receive two email links and both must be actioned.

Please note that once approved you will receive a link via email which will allow you to provide your bank account details for electronic funds transfer. 

Please do not provide your bank account details to the City by any other means.
