Parking permit application form

Use this form to apply for a parking permit noting that certain eligibility conditions apply.

1. To be completed in conjunction with the Parking Permit Guide
2. If you are applying for a replacement permit a fee of $30 may apply to each permit. Payment can be made in person at the City of Stirling Administration Centre or by cheque/money order made payable to the City of Stirling.
