All liquor licence applications are required to be lodged with the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor.
These include:

  • Restaurant licences
  • Hotel licences
  • Tavern licences
  • Small bar licences, etc.

Applications also need to include two certificates from the City of Stirling:

  • Section 39 certificate
  • Section 40 certificate.
