Add to this, the world-class Scarborough Beach Pool overlooking the Indian Ocean. The only beachside pool in Western Australia and geothermally heated so it can be enjoyed all year round.  The main lap pool has eight 50m lanes and four 25m lanes so there is plenty of space for swimmers of all abilities. In addition, there is a separate shallow leisure pool heated to 32oC and ideal for relaxing and swimming lessons. The pool complex includes Cocolat Café open to pool users and beachgoers alike and on the top floor is La Capannina Italian Restaurant with amazing views.

Snake Pit 

If you're after action, the new 'Snake Pit' is where it's all happening. This multi-use area caters for a Scarborough Skate Parkrange of events, exhibitions, ball sports and wheeled sports including skateboarding, scooter and BMX, all year around. The area features an international-level competition skate bowl, two skate parks, half basketball court and climbing wall. 


The precinct offers a range of new retail outlets to complement the endless supply of long-standing favourite surf-shops. The area is well-serviced so you can stock up on supplies for your stay. Pop up markets also make an appearance during the summer on Thursday nights where you can grab a bite to eat and a unique gift or a treat for yourself.
