The Web Kiosk session will expire after 10 minutes of inactivity. Under no circumstances will CoS or its employees be liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, or lost profits, whether foreseen or unforeseen, based on claims of User including, but not limited to, unauthorised access, damage or theft of User's system or data; claims for loss of goodwill; claims for loss of data, use of or reliance on the Service.
