Tenders and purchasing

The City of Stirling uses Apet 360Pro to advertise tenders, quotes and expressions of interest and other purchasing requirements.

Tender opportunities are available to view on our website each Wednesday or Saturday from 7am. Tenders will also be advertised in Wednesday or Saturday editions of The West Australian newspaper under the ‘Local Government Tenders’ section.

The City of Stirling implemented Open Windows (OW) as its Contract Management System on the 28 January 2020. Details on this platform can be found by visiting the Doing business with the City page below. To be able to engage in Contracts with the City you will have to register with Open Windows.
