Tai Chi is an enjoyable, slow and gentle form of exercise, originally developed as a martial art. In essence, Authentic Yang-style Tai Chi promotes longer life through better physical health and greater happiness. Benefits include improved balance, posture, circulation, calmness, coordination and strength. People of all ages and abilities are welcome.
Dates align to the WA school terms (10 weeks).
Loose fitting comfortable clothes and footwear are recommended.
