Perth Folk and Roots Club with Blues Confusion and Ilan Zagoria

Perth Folk and Roots Club is back at the Inglewood Bowling and Sports Club on Sunday 27 July 2025 for its 300 Facebook show with free music entertainment with the support of the City of Stirling and the Inglewood Bowling and Sports Club.

Perth Folk and Roots Club is also working with Act Belong Commit in recognition of music’s contribution to mental wellbeing. The performances are from 5.00pm to 8.00pm at the Inglewood Bowling and Sports Club, 1 Stancliffe Street, Mount Lawley.

For this event, Perth Folk and Roots Club has Blues Confusion and newcomer Ilan Zagoria. Blues ConFusion are a band that plays a mix of original music composed by Phil Bourgault and covers of blues and jazz blues artists. They have played at many venues including Blues in Bridgetown, the Ellington Jazz Club, The Perth Blues Club and the Toodyay Music Festival. Ilan Zagoria developed his driving and intricate Southern African guitar style growing up in Zimbabwe and he plays Southern African and Middle Eastern tunes reflecting his heritage.
