Spoon carving is taking the world by storm. Join us in this wonderful creative activity to craft cooking spoons from a variety of seasoned woods by using a range of traditional hand tools and techniques.

This workshop provides a great opportunity to begin a woodworking journey of discovery. No prior woodworking experience necessary but still relevant and engaging for a seasoned woodworker.

Warning! Spoon carving is known to become quite addictive!

For women of all ages, including girls from a minimum age of 8 years. Sturdy shoes that cover the whole foot must be worn.

The Stirling Women's Shed is an exciting partnership between The City of Stirling and The Joy of Wood.
