Auslan LogoStirling Community Day Clubs provide services to frail aged residents, those with physical and intellectual disabilities, as well as those from diverse linguistic backgrounds. We have three centre-based day clubs, each tailored to a different group of customers. All clubs provide a warm and welcoming space to relax and spend time with friends or join in a variety of activities. Our mobile day club caters for independent individuals who enjoy group outings. Find out more about how to access this service.

What do we provide and where is it located?

Our day clubs provide centre based day care for adults. Centres are located in Nollamara and Stirling, with a centre for people with intellectual disabilities located in Scarborough. We have our mobile day club meeting at a community centre for morning tea and activities, then the group heads into the community for a variety of activities and lunch locations across Perth and surrounds.

Who can access this service?

HACC eligible clients, main stream frail aged, people with intellectual disabilities, as well as people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

What types of activities are available?

Programs at each centre focus on wellness, life skills, educational activities, social and culturally specific activities and opportunities to support clients in maintaining their independence. Our programs also encourage interaction through socialisation, physical and mental stimulation.
Programs are developed with input from clients and we have developed a number of specialised groups, such as our Nollamara Men's Group that focuses on male interests and activities.

For a minimal cost our service provides transport to and from the Centres.
