Stirling Community Day Clubs provide services to frail aged residents, those with physical and intellectual disabilities, as well as those from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Stirling Community & Home Based Care Services

Stirling Community Care Services provides several home care services for frail aged residents and people with disabilities. Services include cleaning, meal preparation, personal care, shopping and social support and respite for carers.

Stirling Community Food Services

Nutritious and delicious meals plus a friendly face to check in on you - we deliver more than just a meal. Our Food Services supports aged and disabled residents of the City of Stirling as well as several other local governments. Our two course meals are cooked daily in our purpose-built kitchen and delivered freshly chilled Monday to Friday, as well as providing weekend meals.

Community Transport Services

Stirling Community Transport Services provides cars and buses to assist in transporting frail aged and disabled people for medical appointments and shopping.

Eligibility and assessment

If you (or someone you know) are finding it difficult to manage at home and feel that these services may be of assistance you will require an eligibility assessment.


The City of Stirling has a program called Connect2 (formerly Community Connections) that assists in connecting residents with their local community through transport and small social groups.
