Electronic Tendering at the City in March 2017

As from 11 March 2017 the City moved to an electronic tendering (E-tendering) system, with all the City's tender opportunities being advertised and responded online.

The move to E-tendering means that the City is no longer accepting hard copy submissions, except for the tenders released prior to 11 March 2017.

What does that mean to you as a Tenderer?

It means that you will need to register to the E-tendering system to access and respond online to the City’s tenders. Additionally, you will be able to receive notifications of advertised tenders.

See Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for further information.

Current tender opportunities

The City typically advertises its tenders on Saturday's edition of The West Australian Newspaper (under the "Local Government Tenders" section in Classifieds). The tenders can be downloaded on the same day as from 7am. Closing time is typically on Wednesday 1pm and the tender box opening occurs two hours later (i.e. 3pm) at the City's Main Building at 25, Cedric Street Stirling 6021 WA. Exceptionally, the City may advertise its tenders on Wednesday. The tender deadline will be indicated on the tender document.
