The City of Stirling offers several options for customers to pay their accounts (rates, homecare payments, etc), including by internet, post, in-person, and in certain cases, by telephone.

Please note: Should payment not be received for an instalment by the relevant due date, interest will accrue on a daily basis.

City of Stirling Online Payment system

Use our online payment system to pay directly to the City using your credit card. Please note that the credit card transaction limit is AU$100,000 per day.

Cards accepted: MasterCard or Visa.


If your financial institution is registered with BPAY, you can make payment directly from your cheque, savings or credit card account.

Paying by post

Cheques should be written for the exact amount and made payable to the City of Stirling

You can also pay your accounts in person at any Australia Post outlet by cash, cheque or debit card.

This option is only available on certain accounts. Please refer to your bill.
