Community and Resources Committee

The Community and Resources Committee normally meets at 6.00pm on the fourth Tuesday of the month.

The nature of reports presented to this Committee cover matters pertaining to but not limited to Engineering Design, Parks and Reserves, Recreation and Leisure Services, Waste and Fleet, Engineering Operations, Community Services, Human Resources, Asset Management, Finance, Tenders and Administration.

Disability Advisory Panel

Infrastructure and Community Development Committee

At the Council meeting held 1 October 2013, Council resolved (Council Resolution Number 1013/012) to combine the Resource Management Committee and the Infrastructure and Community Development Committees. The combined committee is called the Community and Resources Committee and came into effect on 5 November 2013.

Local Emergency Management Committee

Natural Environment Working Group

Planning and Development Committee

The Planning and Development Committee normally meets at 6.00pm on the the second Tuesday of the month.

The nature of the reports presented to this Committee covers health issues (liquor licensing, noise, prosecutions), Building license requests (non conforming), Land matters (closure of Public Access Ways, leases) and Planning matters (Scheme amendments, group developments, policy development, planning studies, non conforming applications).

Resource Management Committee
