For the health and safety of employees and patrons, the following conditions of entry must be adhered to prior to entry:
- Personal belongings are the responsibility of the owner. The City of Stirling accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property
- Sweat towels are compulsory in the gym, and must be used on equipment
- Please do not attend the facility if you are unwell
- Please refrain from wearing inappropriate clothing
- Photography, filming and video recording within the facility is prohibited without prior approval from Facility Management
- Patrons must not use offensive, abusive or inappropriate language
- Children under 13 years must always remain under the supervision of a responsible person (16 years or older)
- Children under 13 years participating in a City of Stirling-run program must remain under the supervision of a responsible person (16 years or older) until signed into the program
- While the facility is unstaffed, hirers are responsible for determining whether the facility is suitable for use. Any hazards or damages should be reported to the City of Stirling
- No alcohol or drugs. Alcohol is only permitted at pre-approved events.
Staff will be onsite during all opening hours to assist, patrons must follow all reasonable directions given by City of Stirling employees and authorised personnel. Staff reserve the right to refuse entry, request a patron to leave the facility, or suspend access where these conditions of entry are not complied with, or where a patron's behaviour may impact the safety or wellbeing of others.
