What you’ll need for your stall
- Each stall space is 3m x 3m.
- There’s no access to power or water, so please plan accordingly.
- Please ensure you bring all necessary equipment for your space, including a marquee, tables, chairs, tablecloths, and any signage or displays you wish to use.
- Setup must be complete by 7.30am, and we ask that you stay until the event finishes at 12 noon.
Before choosing your stall structure, consider:
- Is it sturdy and weighted for windy conditions?
- Does it look clean and inviting?
- Will it keep you shaded and dry if the weather changes?
- Will it fit comfortably in the 3m x 3m space?
Who can apply?
We welcome a variety of stalls, but priority will be given to those offering pet-related products or services. To take part, you’ll need to have public liability insurance with a minimum cover of $10 million – this is a requirement set by our insurers.
- Stallholders are responsible for any damage to the reserve or event equipment.
- All waste must be removed from your site. Cleaning fees may apply if waste is left behind.
- Stallholder participation is free of charge.
- Each stall space is 3m x 3m. No access to power or water is available.
- Setup must be completed by 7.30am. Stallholders must remain until 12.00 noon.
- The event will go ahead in most weather conditions; however, in the case of severe weather, the event may be cancelled for safety reasons. Stallholders will be notified as early as possible if this occurs.
- No vehicles are permitted on the reserve during event hours. Bump-in/out details will be provided in the briefing pack.
- If you need to cancel, please notify the City of Stirling as early as possible.
- Stallholders must operate respectfully. Disruptive behaviour, excessive noise, or offensive language will not be tolerated.
- Food and product sellers must comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and hold the necessary permits.
- Public liability insurance of at least $10 million is required. A certificate of currency must be submitted with your application.
- By participating, you consent to the City of Stirling using photos or video of your stall for promotional purposes.
- Stall locations are assigned by the organisers and cannot be changed. Requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.
- Stallholders must follow all directions from City of Stirling staff and event marshals on the day.
