Online eSmart Survey

The online world is becoming a greater part of everyday life and we believe that libraries, as centres of knowledge, should be at the forefront of providing access and assistance to the community. As we embrace the opportunities and advantages of technology, we also need to be mindful that there can be many potential dangers. ‘Cybersafety’ is a term which includes a large number of potential threats online such as cyberbullying, fraudulent activity, illegal downloads and potential viruses and adware.

City of Stirling Libraries are working towards eSmart accreditation, to provide the space and the knowledge to allow our users to be aware and safe online whilst enjoying all of the benefits that our digital world offers.

We would really appreciate if you have a few spare minutes to complete our online survey, so that we can establish how you, as our customer, use technology and what your concerns are.  Once this information has been gathered, we will be able to tailor our eSmart program to suit the needs of our community.

Confidentiality: The contents of this survey will be treated as confidential, and will be used solely for the purposes of providing a better service to our clients and users.
